how hard is it to change a exhaust bellow on a 1991 alpha one drive,and are special tools need thanks

Can be done without the bellows expanded, but it is a royal PITA.

Best bet:
Use the exhaust boot, really easy to install

Option:
Leave it alone, it's not gonna hurt anything

Have you checked the condition of the other bellows? How about gimbal bearing, ujoints and engine alignment. Impeller?

FWIW - merc doesn't have model years, they use S/Ns.

Do you have a genI or genII drive?
