I went to replace my Exhaust bellow because I saw that it was riped at the bottom Part # 911814 very thick and strong. ordered a new one part #N-182764, very thin and light, and has holes at bottom of bellow. Is this ok to use,

The 911814 is the OEM part, the N182764 is an aftermarket part that sells for less money than the OEM. Now you know why.

The hole in the bottom is normal, they allow water to drain out of the exhaust when the drive is up and the boat out of the water.

Additionally, my 87 460 King Cobra ran for nearly 20 years with NO exhaust bellows at all.

Couldn't tell much difference......

Actually you don't really need an exhaust bellows. It has no effect on how the boat runs.

Yes, you should have one. The reason the exhaust bellows are there is to direct the exhaust through the prop (Props are designed for that) instead of on the outside of the drive. and getting all those air bubble into the prop blades path. It will slow you down.

Once you are under way the bellow is no longer underwater. Therefore it will not introduce air into the prop. Now how fast you need to be going for it to be exposed is hard to say.
