exhaust and intake valves.. which is which??

i assume the firing order is simply one, two, three, and four.. right down the line, is this right.. and does anyone know which valves are the intake, and which one's are the exhuast, so that i adjust the right rocker arms??

I know the answer !!!!!<br />The intake valves are bigger in diameter than the exhaust valves. :D <br />Do I get a prize??<br /><br />Now, what engine do you have and I would bet someone can tell you which is which.

i have i 3.0 volvo penta. year 2000, the head is already bolted down thanks to your response to my prior question.. sorry for forgeting this vital information..

Geeezzzz, after my smart a$$ remark, I can't even find anything to say what they are.<br />But as I recall, it's:<br />I E E I I E E I front to back.<br />Look at the manifold to be sure.<br />E = Exhaust, I = Intake
