EXCESSIVE OIL WASTE 200hp Johnson

While winterizing I noticed a large amount of oil mixed with the flushed water on the ground before i fogged the engine. Ran engine to temp. It's a 94 looper 200hp O.Pro. Compression is excellent, idles fine, top end is fine (5500) but mid range is week and rough. I've used tuner with no results. Ring free is always used in every other tank. No apparent leaks are observed.
