excess fuel 1980 50hp

Have recently got a 1980 50hp running after 4 years. Starts fine but I noticed today that when i try to idle tendincy to stall. Leave warm up lever up a bit and it keeps running buy I noticed fuel running out of both carbs. Any suggestions?

sounds like time to overhaul the carburators
