Exact year of my motor?

I am not sure of the year of my motor. The number on the "button" on the head/block is........ E150TXCCA. It also has a 150 XP decal on the engine cover. Is this a better motor than a regular 150? More hp or better performance? I have been told that it only means that I have a longer shaft and foot. Seems to be a difference of opinions from different people. Can anyone help me out?
