Exact mixture on 88 85 hp force

Hello, I am new to this forum and I just purchased my first boat, a 17' bayliner 88 capri cuddy. I was just wondering on exactly how much gas to mix with how much oil. I know I shoul use TC-W3 oil but what kind of gas is the best? 87 octane? I see some people say 50:1 what does that mean how much is that? thanks in advance.

50:1 is the ratio and regular fuel is fine. 50:1 means 50 parts fuel to 1 part oil. In the real world, 16 oz of oil in 6 gallons of gas. The container that your two-stroke oil comes in has the mixture ratios printed on the label.

Better yet get a bottle for the oil mix and all you do is fill it to the line with the amount of fuel you put in. Has 20:! 24:1 40:1 and 50:1.<br /> Here <br />you go. Just $3.33
