Exact locations of pee holes in honda B100

Where are the pee holes located in B100. I see several holes. A few couple of inches above the water intake squirt water nicely. The pair of holes (one above the other) in the center are spraying water little bit. I see several holes on the sides. Am I supposed to see water coming from these as well?

starboard side of motor under engine cowling is pee hole

I have a related question.

When I removed the cover, I noticed that two tubes are connected to the pee hole. One was a short tube extending from the manifold, and the other was a long tube coming deep from the area under the oil-check stick. Are both tubes part of the cooling system?

one is a vent
other pee hole i believe

there should also be a drain line from the carb bowl going to to the same drain.
