My Motor seems to run fine at low speed, but when at full open throttle, it runs as though the engine is not getting fuel. I have removed and replaced the plugs. Also the fuel filter. Am new at this and am looking for help. Any ideas. Again sounds like the fuel is being forced, doesnt stall but feels as though I am trying to go through a brick wall.......
