I have an Airguide tach that I'd like to connect to my Evinrude 35hp 1977 model 35752(CD ignition). <br /><br />On the back of the tach are 2 number, (666 and 2GC). On the face, at the top, in tiny print is the number P-6487. The only wires coming out of the rubber grommet in the back are 1 green and 1 black wire. There is no provision for selection of poles. <br /><br />Any way to connect this up? If not, what will this tach work with? . Anyone close to you that sells them and may be able to help? O/B tachs usually have a pulse setting as you probably already know.
