Twenty to zero in how many feet?<br /><br />I found out two things yesterday. One is keep extra shear pins onboard. The second is have a fully charged trolling motor battery.<br /><br />I am asking advise of those who know whether the spline drives take the abuse that shear pin drive motors will? I have a 1977 Johnson that I found the bottom of a lake with and although I had to go 4 miles on a trolling motor I am happy to have an motor that won't need a new lower unit (hopefully).<br /><br />------------------<br />Bob Gibbons
