thanks for everyone, the motor mechanic wanted 55 dollars for just putting the spring on , of course i said no and within 15 minutes, 3 times trying put the part on. For anyone doing the same replacement, grease, use vise grips halfway down on the coil, bend a thin screwdriver at a 30 degree angle, look carefully while putting the housing cover on , while bending the spring coil loop to engage the prong of the housing cover , then take a thin pair of vice grips and pull it on the rest of the way.
