well i had a bad day on the water today, as i was going out to my favorite fishing spot my boat motor made a loud bang and cutoff. i removed the motor cover and i saw two holes had been blown out of the block, and now i need to buy a new block and maybe a new crank shaft will a 1974 50hp powerhead fit on my 1978 55hp evinrude they look alot alike. any info would be great thanks.
