I looked everywhere and it doesnt come up. Anyone know the year?
E25 tfi or tei(hard to see), ends in cte

Perhaps the model number is E25TELCTE. which is a number which appears in the parts lists
E=Evinrude
25 = 25hp
TE= Tiller +electric start
L=Long shaft
CT= 1983
E= A production suffix
