i need an intake manifold for a 5.5 hp evinrude fisherman. it has 2 of the 3 mounting points for the manual recoil starter cast into it. mine has one of them broken off,thus not keeping the starter lined up properly. the numbers on the freeze plug of this motor are 5524 R
02997
a part number i found on the intake is 307215. i also need the plastic piece that catches on the flywheel when the rope is pulled. does anyone have these parts or know where i can get them?

tcoutboard.com has a great selection of old outboard parts. They had what I needed in stock, but they also wanted me to send them my old parts for "fitting".

Did you save the intake gaskets? I had a heck of a time finding replacements. It also took two months for the parts to come in. Save them if you can.
