evinrude ficht triming up when runing!

i have a 1999 ficht 90 that only when running, will trim up un contlably. not when the key is just on but only after the motor is in runnig status, i checked all connections etc... everything is ok. can it be a compute problem. it is really weird.

the switch on port side of motor is stuck or has water in it disconnect problem should stop<br />or the trim up relay is stuck<br />the "computor" knows or affects nothing about trim

If you have a binnacle control box, remove the lever and open it up. Inspect the wiring from the switch in the handle as it goes down thru the lever and the box and make sure it is not rubbed bare or pinched between the box and the dash.<br /><br />That is probably why it "trims up" only when you are in gear and running fast.
