I have a 1994 9.9 horsepower motor on my Pontoon Boat. After starting it seems to only run on one cylinder for about 300-400 yards and then it will kick in and run fine. What could be causing this?
I have replaced the plugs already and that is about all I have done. When I removed the set of plugs that was already in it they were wet so I put new plugs in it. Still runs the same.
