I have a evinrude 70 hp vro that i belive to be late 70's to mid 80's power tilt and trim outboard. The power tilt and trim is stuck and all the eletrical dissassembled. Instead of trying to fix it I would rather convert to manual tilt. I've tryed to look it up but it seems like no one does this. Is there something i can buy or some way to make the power tilt/trim work as a manual. Any help would be appricaiated.
