I have a Tracker Pro17 with a 40 HP Evinrude "Tracker" motor. I want to buy a manual for the engine, but the model number, etc. is completely wiped off of the tag on the engine (transom bracket). Is there any other way to identify what model and year the engine is?<br /><br />I think it's a 1987, but I'm not sure...<br /><br />Thanks!
