Evinrude 4 prop seal

Replacing all 3 seals in the gearbox on the evinrude 4 direct drive 1974 vintage
It's the one on the prop I need advice on as I not sure how I can get it out without resorting to caveman tactics
Any ideas

Do you have a seal puller? Should be pull-able after propshaft is removed from the bearing carrier..

A cotter pin puller might do it. JMHO.

Non of the above but will take to work and we may have something there
