Hi,<br /><br />I need to overhaul the carb on my outboard. It worked fine 3 years ago but I haven't used it since and now the thing won't start. Unfortunately I need it for this weekend and am unsure how to get the lower forward outer housing cover off but don't have time to get a manual.
