Evinrude 35 HP gas consumption

How many gals per Hour should this baby use at full & half trottle. Is a gal every 8 minutes bad?

It's probably a 1980 or so Evinrude apparently made the 35 Super Sea Horse from 1976 to 1990. It's old but seems well kept. Maybe I should mess with the duel hi lo mix settings? any help there?

Turns out to be a 19830046 Motor and I found the leaky fuel line. It should run great now.

Great! Post your new fuel consumption figures after your next run. I'd like to see the difference!

Looks like when all the gas lines are in good shape I can get 2.5 hours or so out of a six gal tank. It runs real good now!

Took the 35 & 15' out for an extended run this weekend. Hauling 3 people it got 20 Minutes per gal or so. This thing runs great!
