I am looking at purchasing a used Envinrude 25, and would like to know exactly what year it is, the seller doesn't.

Model: E 25 EERR
Serial:G03572088

Any help would be appreciated!

V8, if you look at any more motors, the code is derived from the word INTRODUCES, where I=1, N=2, T=3, and so on. Look at the model and the two letters before the last one are the year. In this case they are ER. E=9, R=4. 1994.
