Evinrude 20hp help!!

Hi, i need some help can a teleflex steering work on a 1973 Evinrude 20hp engine Model serial number b2320/203b03a, it use to have the tilly arm but there is nothing now, also i have been told that remote controls can be used but not sure how or where any help would be great

Yes, teleflex steering can be used, but it is a poor setup. I suppose anything is better than nothing though. They can help you with the adapters and alternatives here at the iboats marine store.

Remote throttle and shift is an simple no-brainer hookup. All you need is ALL of the parts. Something you seldom get when buying used. You can see all the parts by going to the BRP website http://shop.evinrude.com/ Click on Electronic parts catalog, then select OB Accessories from the down arrow drop-down box where it defaults to Evinrude.
