I am considering buying a used boat with a 1998 Evinrude Ocean Pro 150. I have not seen the boat yet but the owner says the motor is a carbureted model. What's the reputation of this motor. I would appreciate any and all comments. Thanks...Jim
I have twin 175 HP Evinrude Ocean Pros 1996. The have been great for six years. The carbs use probably 25% more gas the EFI, but are very reliable. I probably have 400 hours on them.
