I like the foods that list "low calorie" or "60 calories per serving" then you look at the label and it says a serving is 1/4 cup when you normally eat 2 cups of the stuff. <br /><br />Who ever eats 1 level measured cup of breakfast cerials? When I pour the Rasin Bran, or Life, or Corn Flakes, it's usually what fits in the bowl. Not what fits in a measuring cup.
