Etec Prop

I just picked up an Etec 150 2007 left over.

What prop should I get for a 212 Neptune by sunbird

Boat is the same as the 212 hydrasport walk around.

I think I had a 15 x 17 before - maybe a 15.5 x 17.


What happens if I go to a 14.5 x 17 or 19

Your thougts if any??

you have to prop your boat so that the engine acheives the proper wot rpms.

I have a pair of Etec 175's and ended up with 17" pitch props (BRP Rebels) and probably should have gone to 15" Etecs don't tend to turn up high RPM and tend to need less pitch than you would expect. You may end up with 15". Just make sure you're turning at least 5500 @ WOT.
