ETEC Outboard Dual Throttles uneven

Hello All- I have a pair of 2006 ETEC outboard counter rotating 250s. At cruising speed, one of my throttles is about 1 inch ahead of the other. Is there anyway to adjust the throttles so that they are even?

Depends on why they are uneven.

If the linkage is just plain out of adjustment or stretched, sure.
If the adjustments are different to compromise for engine related issues, not so much.
