Error VOLVO D3 220 MID 128 PID 164 FMI 5 OCC Active

Hello,
I have a error message on my VOLVO D3 220 from 2010 is:
MID 128 PID 164 FMI 5 OCC Active
I will change the pressure sensor and test the cable to ECU but i don't find the solution, anyone has similar problem or know a solution?
