Just bought 1999 4Winns horizon 170 with Volvo 3 gs. Tach is steady up to about 4k and then starts bouncing. I'm trying to figure out if the boat is propped right and it's frustrating bc I can't get an accurate read. Thanks for helping!
Sorry for not being clear Don. The tach is what I want to fix. Just not sure where to start. I'm guessing the tach itself is fine seeing as its steady up until 4k. Thanks for the help.
