Erratic guages

I've got a 03 Tige ski boat that has started exhibiting some peculiar gauge issues after replacing thermostat and impeller. The guage on the boat is a 4 way guage including fuel guage, volt meter, oil pressure and water temp. The symptoms include the temp gauge appearing to work some of the time where it will get up to temperature, then drop completely down to nothing, then operate erratically. The oil pressure and voltmeter will now "bounce" or drop out periodically. I'm thinking that something electrical was messed up when the thermostat and impeller were replaced. Any suggestions as to what might be causing these seemingly unrelated issues? Appreciate any insight.

The only thing all the gauges have in common is the ground and power. Start by looking for a connector you knocked loose.
