Erie's western basin, Maumee Bay State Park, Any hazards?

Hello Everyone,

While plotting a course from South Bass Island to Maumee Bay State Park I saw plenty of very shallow areas entering Maumee Bay. Is anyone aware of any hazards that might not be on the charts that I need to be alerted to. I know about the military restricted zone east of Reno Beach and was going to plot a course north of West Sister Island to avoid that area altogether.
