In my case, I'm taking the check if there is anything left after the lawyers take their chunk.

I think I have 3 free monitors going on from other breaches of consumer data and next week there will be another and the week after, ad nauseum.

I have so much credit monitoring now, I will leave this world long before all of it is over with. Every time a card to breeched, they give me credit monitoring, the last card I had compromised they gave me all the money back for the charges, overnighted a new card to me and gave me another 5 years of credit monitoring.

I don't think early worms win with this one. All the worms will be cut to pieces and the $125 will end up being much less if a good number of early worms don't change to the 10 year monitoring.
