Any suggestions, what could be a typical cure time of epoxy primer before immersed in water? The datasheet is missing that info, instead there are dry times in regards to dust dry, touch dry etc.

The boat is antifouled, but antifouling as such is not a barrier against water, that is the job of epoxy primer - i.e the primer is immersed.

Wasn't the primer cured, before the antifouling paint was applied? It should have been. Well that is water under the bridge now.

Epoxy paint curing time is based upon ambient temperature. The warmer the average temperature, the faster the cure.

The internet should provide instructions for using that epoxy paint. Just look it up. I would expect 2-3 days would cure epoxy in anything but the coldest temperature.
