Enricher Question?

Own a 1974 85hp Merc. Enrichers do not work. Solonoid works but no fuel is getting into throat. The carb body does not have a plunger like other carbs i have seen. It has a vacuum like system.[*]null

If you have what you say ,you don't have an enrichenment system.You have only a butterfly choke that closes the choke when activated.
