engine year and fuel pump

Model 4W77B, Serial #E4618255; Could anyone please tell me the year of this Johnson Seahorse, 4hp. Also where could I get a fuel pump kit, or the pump itself, and a schematic. Thank you for any help. Regards Chuck4080
