Yesterday was out on the water, boat running good. Turn the engines off to load a passanger back in the boat go to start engines again and one of them wont start nor will the bildge pump work. Not knowing where to start looking for a problem, I replaced a fuel filter, no help...3 new plugs again nothing..checking the plugs, im getting fire, tried to use starting fluid in the carb would not turn over to even start to burn off the starting fluid. In the back of the boat on the outside where the plat form is at there is a cover, when you lift it up there are 2 containers that are to have water in them, the motor that is having issues has no water in the container...I cant see if there is something blocking something somewhere or what..traced all wires and all seems to be in good shape and connected...any ideas or thoughts would be great...Almost forgot...I have a 1999 yamaha jet boat 270hp...Thank you for your help
