engine wont run at low throttle

92 johnson will crank with choke on will run for a minute, then starts boging out, loosing speed , done once before , but fixed itself with new gas, any imformation , is helpful. thanks!

As a starting point check for and air leak in the fuel system, somewhere from the tank to the carbs.

thanks did find a leak, and it had fouled a plug , running great again .thanks again
