Engine tuner use

Found a can of BRP engine tuner in my storage locker it has to be 10 years old, any harm to just spray contents into a container and put in the tank. (80 gallons) capasity I don't want to smoke out the area by spraying into the carb ....and same question for a spray can of seafoam just add to the tank ?
14 year old carbed Johnson vro mix still runs strong

Engine tuner in spray is for direct spraying through carb's throat. Being such an old product, probably have lost cleaning effectiveness . The product concentration spayed direct will be more effective than diluting on tank. Spray tuner is good just for to clean piston & piston ring if it were a 2 strokes OB, follow can instructions, don't dream about cleaning the whole combustion chamber, exhaust area, it's not intended for that type of work. Sea foam can be poured inside tank but if having 80 gallons will probably make little cleaning effect.
