Engine Tach Signal

I have to replace the brain box on my lenco trim tabs, does anybody know the color of the wire coming off the Yamaha tach (2004 F225 engine) that I can attach the orange wire off the Lenco Trib tab box. The orange wire is the the trim tab retractor lead which causes the trim tab to be automatically be retracted when the RPMs stop.

I think you got it wrong. the lenco tab retractors work when the ign gets shut off.
tie the auto tab retract wire into the key on yellow ign wire.
I have them on my boat.
DO NOT tie the tab operating wire to the ign yellow or you WILL post about blown fuses.
