Engine stalling on 455 olds hardin

I have a sleek craft with a 455 olds inboard jet drive After about 20 to 30 minutes the engine will stall Runs great for the first 30 minutes. Then will stall and have to wait about 10 minutes to start again Then will stall again I have drained and replaced gas and replaced head gaskets. Can anyone help with other ideas of what might be happening?

Ayuh,... When it quits,... Is it still firing,..??
Do the plugs get wet with fuel, or are they dryer than a bone,..??
In other words,...
Is it loosin' it's Fire, or it's Fuel,..??

I believe it is gas issue? When it stops and I lift the engine cover it smells strongly of gas. If i sit I sit for 5 minutes it will fire up, but when I try to go it will bog down and stall. If i sit for 30 minutes it will fire up and drive normal, but eventually bog down and stall again.

Ok I will try that. I have it at a marine mechanic now. He is slow but seems honest
