Hi All,
I have a 1996 Johnson 200 HP that overheated after running fine all day. The horn never sounded but the engine was extreemly hot when it stalled out as I idled to my dock. The next day I started the engine but gas shot out of the right bank of carbs while idling. I checked the compression that read good in all cylinders. I then removed the intake and cheched the reeds that also looked good. Any ideas why gas would shoot out of the carbs?
