Re: engine noise?

I can't hear the noise yet!
More information.

In other words, describe "small noise". Growl, knock, click, ticking, etc. Where is it coming from, front of the motor, top, bottom back of the engine.
We can't hear it, and trust me, they can make all kinds of noises. We are not mind readers here, we can only go by the information you furnish in what you tell us, pictures, and videos.

First thing I thought, "Like a chicken caught in the tractor's nuts!."

Re: engine noise?

it is a growl sound that is coming from back of boat.I did contact the guy i got the boat from and he said he installed all new gimbel bearing and housing.I'm starting to think gimbel bearing because not sure if this dude even knew what he was doing but i'm just a forklift tech and boats dont have forks.

Re: engine noise?

A growl from the back of the engine is most likely the gimbal bearing. Remove the outdrive and turn the bearing by hand, that will tell you.
Is there water in the bellows?
