2955 Avanti with twin 305 v8. Something doesn't sound right. Any ideas?

In particular I'm talking about the Sha Sha Sha noise. Sounds like a vacuum leak to me.

Could be vacuum, but don't rule out something on the belt train. Failing bearings can sometimes sound like that. Remove your acc belt(s) and start it up for a couple seconds to see if it is still there. (don't run more than maybe 15 seconds or so, no water pump turning)

Best only run the engine with the noise. I may be mistaken, but it sounded like both engines running in that video...

Agree with 'crater, remove the serpentine belt and try again. Noise gone: water pump (either), steering pump, alternator, tensioner bearing or the belt itself.
Another thought, a hole in an exhaust manifold on the underside, near a spark plug. Look for exhaust soot. (if it is, I'll bet it's the hard one the get to ;))

Great idea with the belt. In the video there was only 1 engine running. I'll have another look at it this weekend.
