Engine issues 6.2 mpi help help help

i have a 2003 mercruiser 6.2 mpi bravo III in a 2003 doral 250 se. i have been experiencing at low speeds a slight hesitation. Also, when running the boat for about an hour or so, i would shut it off and when i go to start it again, the boat cranks but will not turn over sounds like a misfire but i am recieving no alarms from the ecm. I have the boat wrapped now but would like to know what i should do first to try and figure out this problem.

Ayuh,... How long since the fuel filters have been changed,..??
ditto on a Tune Up, 'n Service,..??

the filters were changed the moment i realized there was an issue. once i changed them, it continued but seems to be only happening when the boat starts to warm up. wierd?????

What about a basic tuneup, things like spark plugs, cap, rotor. They are basic maintenance items, have they been serviced lately?
