I have a 1987 merc 165 i/o. Engine starts fine. It idles at 500-600rpms then dies out after 3 minutes if i dont give it some more gas. How do you adjust the idle? I think maybe it would be fine if it was at 700-800rpms. <br /><br />Also my engine farts when moving at about 3500-4000 rpms. sounds like its from the carb. What could cause that?
