engine identification

I was woundering if anyone could tell me what kind of stern drive i have and what engine goes with it or compatable engine with the stern drive i have. The boat is a 1965-70(not sure year)skiff craft by henry boats inc. The numbers i found are 35998 c-3-d-5 im trying to refinish this boat and would like any help. thank you.

skiff craft usually used mercruiser's- is it an inline six? these boats were built in plain city,ohio by mostly Amish craftsmen

dont know what size engine it has i got it from a job i was working at it is an abanded boat all it needs is an engine it has a stern drive the only numbers on it were what i posted i need to find out what kind of stern drive it is and what kind of engine it is or was new to boating was hopeing i could find out what engine cause i would like to get this thing going

Man that is and old drive. Mercrusier. Could be 1963-1966. Depends. Its either a 1,1A,1B, or a 1C drive. My bet its a 110HP 4 cyl. Its going to cost more to get it going than its worth.<br /><br />You got the manafold, risers, mount? This engine was in the 1965 ChevyII Nova.
