I recently purchased a 1991 chapparal 2300 sx sport, and well its not exactly what i thought i was getting, the problem of today is this, it came from factory with a engine hatch lift, and from what i understand it most likely had relays installed somewhere on the lift actuator before, well now i got it, and it only has the switch, thermo circuit and wiring harness going back to engine compartment.
So i bought used, yeah shame on me, i ended up with a Warner electric motor i think, its a redmond model ignition protected with JL numbers on it, more specific numbers available if needed.
Problem is someone removed original and now im trying to install an aftermarket or different from original. How does this work, does anyone have a wiring diagram for this and i obviously am not going to be able to get a wiring harness is there a way to fabricate a wiring harness using two seperate relays,
Any insight on this would be most appreciated, this is only one of many problems im having but we can work them out one at a time.
