When I start my 115 hp ELPTO it revs really high, I shut it down due to the high rpms in fear of doing damage. I had it out the day before and it ran fine till I tried to go to neutral and it wouldn't go and it was stuck in gear, i got it on the trailer finally and worked the shifter and everything seemed fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be great, please let me know as I am stuck at home now. I have checked the controls and cables and everthing seems good there.
