can anyone tell me what a 1987 165 h.p mecruiser engine and an alpha one drive unit is worth in good to excellent condition?

Good question...<br /><br />Just guessing I'd say somewhere between $2000-$3000?? Perhaps more if you parted it out...?<br /><br />I really haven't ever had the need to shop for I/O engine packages...but I'd be curious to know what you sell it for. Considering the price of comparible outboard of that vintage and horsepower...maybe my guess is too low?<br /><br />Walt
